Orientation days

The Orientation Days are a special programme to help you settle in during your first few days in Leuven and learn more about our university. Visit Pangaea's website here and sign up to get all the info, tips and tricks you need to start out your stay in Leuven with a bang and meet your fellow students! We help Pangaea and LOKO by being present on the student fair, alma dinner, international party and organising a faculty evening and a campus game to get familiar with the campus.

The Orientation Days take place before the start of each semester (September and February). Participation is free, except for certain weekend activities and food. We strongly advise you to participate in order to get a good start of your academic adventure in Leuven.

What's on the planning and where can you find us on the orientation days of the first semester?

• Student Fair on 16/09 at 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Come by our stand and get all your questions answered about student life in Leuven! Where? Campus social sciences

• Alma Dinner the same day at 7 p.m - 9:30 p.m.. Come enjoy a meal at Alma 3 with international and local students across campus Arenberg while getting familiar with Leuven’s main student cafeteria!

• Faculty Evening on 17/09 at 8 p.m. - 11 p.m.: Have fun and get to know fellow engineering science students. We will provide drinks, snacks and fun side-activities. Where? Department computer science Celestijnenlaan 200A, 3001 Leuven

• **Wecloming faculty infosession ** This will be held on 18/09 (11 a.m.) you must attend. Where? Auditoria G 00.06 (Celestijnenlaan 200G , 3001 Heverlee). After which there is a Campus game (2p.m.) to get familiar with the campus and bond with fellow students at the same time!

• LOKO International Party on Friday Evening!
